Rochdale Adult Care are recruiting for an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join the safeguarding team.

It is an exciting time across Adult Care, as we embark and continue on our change and transformation journey to truly make a difference to the lives of our residents.

Our integrated neighbourhood teams are at the heart of our adult care service, delivering and reviewing innovative services for our residents, helping to reduce health inequalities, enhance life and support independent living. We work across friendly, dynamic teams alongside our district nurse colleagues with a focus on partnership working to achieve best practice and desired outcomes for our residents. We take pride in everything we do to ensure our services continue to be of an excellent and high quality standard.
