Teaching Personnel are proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school based in the heart of Reading. The school is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join their team from September 2025.
About the Role:
This is a full-time teaching role, ideal for a passionate and proactive educator who is eager to contribute to the planning, preparation, and delivery of a broad and engaging curriculum. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the school community, taking responsibility for day-to-day classroom teaching and maintaining strong lines of communication with parents, carers, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons for KS2 pupils
Support the wider school day and take an active role in school life
Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – applications without QTS will not be considered
Be passionate about teaching and committed to pupil progress
Demonstrate creativity, initiative, and a strong work ethic
Be confident in classroom management and building relationships
