Senior Finance Business Partner

Pinpoint Resourcing are currently working with a growing aviation business in London to source a Senior Finance Business Partner to join them permanently.

Duties

* Lead financial oversight of all cost categories

* Business partner with CEO and COO

* Improve reporting cycles and data integrity with Accounting, AP, and AR

* Enhance spend reporting across key cost areas

* Own budgeting and forecasting with robust scenario modelling

* Deliver accurate monthly reporting and variance analysis

* Translate operational drivers into financial KPIs

* Challenge cost assumptions and investment proposals

* Drive and track cost-saving initiatives with key stakeholders

* Promote cost discipline and accountability across the business

Requirements:

* ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA qualified

* Proven ability to effectively use data, intelligence and evidence to create meaningful insight

* Experience partnering with C Suite Stakeholders

* Experience working in an aviation business

Salary + other information:

* £85,000 - £95,000 + 10% bonus

* Hybrid working arrangement - 3 days in the office 2 days from home
