Join one of the world's leading manufacturers of high-tech scientific components as an Electrical Engineer. 

The role is site-based in Rugby, where all work is completed in-house rather than through third parties. 

THE ROLE:
The company is looking to recruit an experienced, industry-based Electrical Engineer to support R&D and manufacturing departments. Reporting to the managing director, this job involves:

Working with manufacturing, quality control, and supply chain teams to understand current issues and find solutions
Design new electrical items
Review, update, or redesign current electrical items
Testing and development to support quality control, conformance and compatibility
Create documentation, including wiring diagrams and build instructions.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 

The role requires a broad range of knowledge in electrical and electronic component assemblies, including high-power and high-voltage switched-mode power suppliers and control electronics.
Extensive electronic engineering experience.
Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineer.
Use ECAD software for schematic capture, PCV layout, and wiring diagram generation.
SALARY & BENEFITS YOU’LL RECEIVE AS ELECTRICAL ENGINEER: 

£45,000 - £55,000, dependent on experience
Discretionary annual bonus
