Site Manager – Shop Fit Out

Tonbridge, Kent

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced shop fit out project in Tonbridge. This is a hands-on role for someone with a solid background in retail/shop fitting projects.

Requirements:

Valid CSCS card (essential)

Either SSSTS or SMSTS certification (essential)

Proven experience in shop fitting and managing fit-out projects from start to finish

Strong leadership skills, able to coordinate subcontractors and trades

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to ensure health & safety compliance on-site

Must be able to read and work from drawings

Responsibilities:

Overseeing day-to-day operations on-site

Managing trades and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard

Coordinating with the project team, suppliers, and stakeholders

Ensuring compliance with H&S and site regulations

Reporting on progress and addressing issues swiftly
