Our client has just launched three brand-new children’s residential homes in the beautiful Shropshire area and they’re on the lookout for passionate, experienced, and resilient support staff to make a difference in the lives of young people.

If you have a background in children’s residential care and have completed training in Team Teach, Proact SCIPR, MAPPA, or any equivalent de-escalation and behaviour management techniques, we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

*

Minimum 12 months’ experience in children’s residential care

*

Valid Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)

*

Up-to-date training in Team Teach, MAPPA, SCIPR, or equivalent

*

A genuine passion for safeguarding and empowering young people

*

Strong communication and emotional resilience
