A rare opportunity has arisen to lead a thriving and growing Design & Technology department at a high-performing secondary school in Swindon. The school champions creativity, innovation, and practical learning, and is seeking a Head of DT to continue driving standards, develop curriculum breadth, and lead an excellent team.

Facilities include state-of-the-art CAD suites, 3D printers, laser cutters, a textiles studio, and a dedicated food technology wing. Students are engaged, aspirational, and keen to pursue STEM and design-related careers.

Leading the DT team with a focus on excellence in teaching and learning

Teaching across at least two DT specialisms and modelling excellent pedagogy
