Harvey Nash are supporting a high-profile public sector organisation with the appointment of an Interim Head of Live Services - a critical leadership role during a period of major transformation and programme closure.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a senior role, providing strategic oversight and operational resilience across a large-scale digital and delivery environment. You'll be guiding senior teams through a period of intense activity, including winter readiness, programme wind-down, and the implementation of a new operating model that will bring together over 800 professionals.

We're looking for someone with:

Senior leadership experience in government, public sector, or financial services.
A strong track record in managing enterprise-scale live services.
The ability to coach and support senior teams through complex delivery challenges.
Gravitas to operate at board and ministerial level, while remaining grounded and collaborative.This role is inside IR35 and requires a Basic Disclosure Scotland certificate. Travel to other sites may be required
