STEM Recruitment is working with a leading diagnostics company to hire 2 Production Operatives to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong attention to detail and a passion for quality to join a company focused on producing high-performance diagnostic products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the manufacturing and packaging of diagnostic products

* Accurately complete production records and documentation

* Operate and maintain lab equipment

* Perform filling, labelling, and packaging tasks to high standards

* Manage stock and materials efficiently

* Follow all GMP, GDP, and internal quality procedures

What We’re Looking For:

* Standard Grade or equivalent in English and Maths

* Good communication skills and attention to detail

* Comfortable using IT systems

* Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment

* Previous GMP/laboratory experience is an advantage but not essential

What’s on Offer:

* Salary of £29,520 per year

* Shift patterns: 6am–2pm, 9am–5pm, 2pm–10pm

* Full training provided
