Residential Property Solicitor – Malvern | Full-Time

We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, growing law firm in Worcestershire that’s looking to strengthen its Residential Property team in Malvern.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who is confident managing a broad caseload and wants to be part of a friendly and forward-thinking team. You’ll enjoy plenty of autonomy while working alongside professionals who value quality, client service, and collaboration.

What You’ll Be Doing:

*

Handling a wide range of residential property matters including:

*

Freehold and leasehold sales & purchases

*

Transfers of equity

*

Remortgages

*

New builds

*

Shared ownership

*

Managing files from instruction through to post-completion

*

Maintaining high standards of client service and communication throughout

*

Drafting and reviewing legal documents and reports

*

Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties

*

Supporting junior members of the team where required

*

Staying up to date with regulatory and compliance processes (AML, CQS, etc.)

*

Participating in business development and networking to support the team's growth

What We’re Looking For:

A qualified Solicitor in Residential Conveyancing

*

Confident managing a full caseload with minimal supervision

*

Comfortable working with case management systems and standard processes

*

Excellent communication and organisation skills

*

A client-focused approach and strong attention to detail

*

A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support others
