Business Analyst (HR)
Location - Preston x2 days per week onsite
Competitive outside day rate
Duration - initial 6 months with a likely extension
We're supporting the search for a Business Analyst with a strong background in HR systems and processes, to join a dynamic team driving tech-enabled change. This role will suit someone who understands how to translate business challenges into opportunities through smart technology and process improvement.
Key responsibilities:
Work closely with senior HR stakeholders to identify where technology can add value
Gather, document, and validate requirements that support strategic HR initiatives
Lead and contribute to process mapping activities using BPMN or similar standards
Support data cleansing efforts and identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven efficiencies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions
Key experience:
Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders across HR and IT
Solid understanding of HR systems, processes, and reporting
Familiarity with Oracle systems is highly desirable
Awareness of how RPA and AI can improve data quality and streamline operations
Strong documentation and process mapping skills (BPMN or similar)
