Gap Personnel is recruiting an experienced Forklift Counterbalance Driver to support warehouse operations across two Norwich sites. Temporary role with strong chance to go permanent.

What You’ll Do

Load and unload goods safely

Store pallets in correct warehouse locations

Support stock rotation and inventory accuracy

Assist with inbound and outbound goods

Check deliveries against paperwork

What We’re Looking For

Valid Forklift Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR)

Previous experience in warehouse or logistics role

Excellent attention to detail

Able to work efficiently under pressure

Reliable own transport to travel between sites
