Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, between 8am – 8pm
 
About the Role:
Path2 is recruiting Inbound Call Centre Agents on behalf of a nationally recognised company. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role, ideal for candidates based in Goole, Hull, Doncaster, or surrounding areas who are looking for stable employment without commuting.
All equipment will be provided, including a laptop. No previous call centre experience is required, as full training and ongoing support will be given.
 
No experience required – suitable for entry-level candidates, experienced candidates, and returners to work.

Key Responsibilities:
Answering inbound customer service calls (no cold calling)
Handling customer enquiries in a polite and professional manner
Booking, rescheduling, and logging cancellations
Updating customer information accurately on internal systems
Escalating complaints to the appropriate department when required
