We are currently recruiting Picking and Packing Operatives for our client based in Stevenage. This role involves heavy lifting, so candidates must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

* Accurately pick and pack customer orders

* Perform heavy lifting tasks as required

* Work efficiently as part of a warehouse team

* Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area

Shifts:

* Standard: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00

* Christmas Peak (Mandatory Shift Flexibility Required):

* Rotational Shifts: 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00

We are looking for flexible and reliable candidates who are happy to work rotational shifts during peak periods such as Christmas.

Requirements:

* Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred

* Must be physically fit (heavy lifting involved)

* Punctual and dependable

* Flexible with working hours during peak season
