An established manufacturer of security door entry systems based in Birmingham requires a sales and marketing manager.
Duties:
* Leading a team involved in the sales and marketing activities of the company, incorporating the areas of sales, marketing, and estimating.
* Tracking market developments, create strategies, set up sales plans.
* Researching and developing marketing opportunities.
* Meeting with potential customers to establish their requirements.
* Building good business relationships with all key stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and external consultants.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years sales and marketing management experience within a manufacturing company.
* Good Microsoft Office skills and experience working with in-house systems.
* Ability to understand, define and work with commercial concepts, processes, and operations.
Hours:
* 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
