About Ther Role:

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for pets, retail and customer service?

We're looking for a Store Manager to lead our team and drive success at our new Outlet - Pet Range!

Responsibilities include:

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
Lead, motivate, and train a team of store assistants
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently
Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual displays
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to develop sales
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policiesWhat We're Looking For:

Proven experience in retail management (2+ years preferred)
Leadership and communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with a hands-on approach
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage your time and tasks effectively during downtime
Proactive approach, able to problem solve and use your initiative
Proficient with IT
