Dual Registered Manager – Children’s Residential

We are recruiting an experienced Dual Registered Manager for 2 x Children’s Residential Homes with a reputable provider based in the Maghull area on the outskirts of Liverpool. This full-time, permanent position offers an immediate start with a competitive salary of £80,000 - £90,000.

Essential Requirements:

* Qualification: Must possess an NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare (Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare preferred)

* Professional Experience: Extensive experience in an Ofsted-registered setting, with proven tenure as a Registered Manager / Dual Registered Manager, ideally incorporating dual homes

* Leadership: Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate teams

* Care Standards: Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care, professionalism, and ethical conduct

* Passion: Deeply dedicated to improving the lives of children in care
