Location: Manchester Embankment, M3

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift: 8:30am-5:00pm

Rate: £12.82 per hour

Contract Type: Temp to Perm (after 2 months)

Start Date: 9th March

Clearance Required: BPSS (required for working onsite at Manchester Embankment)

About the Role

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and customer‑focused Receptionist to join the front‑of‑house team at a brand‑new office site. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer‑facing environment and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for visitors and staff.

Training Requirements

All candidates will complete several weeks of training at Newton‑le‑Willows before starting at Manchester Embankment.

Training can begin before BPSS clearance is completed
BPSS must be completed before moving to the Embankment site

Key Responsibilities

Provide a professional front‑of‑house service
Welcome and check in visitors, clients, and staff
Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
Manage visitor passes and maintain accurate logs
Support general administrative and reception duties
Uphold site safety and compliance processes

What We're Looking For

Previous reception or customer‑service experience (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, well‑presented, and professional
Strong IT and administrative capability
Reliable, punctual, and organised
Willing to complete BPSS clearance prior to moving onsite

What We Offer

Competitive rate of £12.82 per hour
Monday-Friday schedule (8:30am-5:00pm)
