Are you a Production/Operations Shift Manager, Manufacturing Team Leader/Front Line Manager or Section Manager?

We are currently working with a multi-site, market leading food manufacturer are looking for a Production Shift Manager to join the team on rotating days and nights shift.

The site are going through an exciting time of investment and require further Shift Managers to support this growth. This will need someone not only able to hit the ground running but also able to identify areas for improvement.

The core responsibilities of the role will focus around production, health and safety, hygiene, quality and people performance and development.

You will need to have 3-5 years experience at Shift Management level, a hands on leader who rolls their sleeves up and focusing on people developing, problem solving attitude, a team player and strong communicator.
