EYFS & PPA Cover Teacher (Part-Time, 2 Days) - Trowbridge - New Year Start

Zen Educate is looking for a flexible and enthusiastic Part-Time Teacher to join a specialized school setting near Trowbridge, Wiltshire.

This role is a long-term position starting in the New Year and requires a commitment of 2 days per week, ideally covering Mondays and Tuesdays.

The Role: Mixed Cover in a Specialist School

You will be supporting a well-regarded school that provides specialist education for pupils with a wide range of needs. This varied and rewarding role involves a blend of responsibilities:

EYFS Teaching: Leading an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) class, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment tailored to the pupils' developmental needs.

PPA Cover: Providing reliable, high-quality PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) cover across different classes and age groups, ensuring consistency across the school.

Curriculum Delivery: Delivering pre-planned lessons effectively and managing classroom behaviour positively.

Team Collaboration: Working closely with the permanent teaching assistants and support staff.

What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK is essential.

Proven experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

*

Experience or strong confidence in providing PPA cover across multiple year groups (Primary or Special School settings).

*

Ability to adapt quickly and maintain excellent classroom management.

*

Availability to work two full days per week, preferably Monday and Tuesday, starting in the New Year.
