Warehouse Operative – (Forklift Licence Required)

Are you an experienced warehouse operative with a valid forklift licence? Join a well-established food manufacturing company specialising in the production of high-quality spices and herbs.

We’re currently looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to support our warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth handling, storage, and distribution of ingredients and finished products.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operating forklifts to move raw materials and finished goods around the factory and warehouse.
Loading and unloading deliveries, ensuring goods are stored correctly and safely.
Picking and packing products according to production and dispatch schedules.
Maintaining accurate stock records and using warehouse systems.
Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with food hygiene and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:

A valid counterbalance or reach forklift licence.
Previous experience in a warehouse or food production environment is preferred.
Ability to follow health & safety and food hygiene guidelines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active role.
Flexibility to work the fixed late shift (3:15 PM – 11:45 PM).
What We Offer:

Competitive hourly rate: £12.21 – £13.43 depending on experience.
Regular working hours with a consistent shift pattern.

Pay: From £12.21 - £13.43 per hour

Location: Eastleigh, Southampton 

Working Hours – (Mon to Fri) Morning Shift £3:15 pm - 11:45 pm
