Are you a proactive problem solver with a knack for organisation and a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Premises Coordinator to join the team and take ownership of property and facilities management at a community-focused business in Market Harborough.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people and delivering high-quality support across multiple sites. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day premises operations and enhancing the experience of colleagues and visitors.
* £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
* Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pm or 9.30am - 5.30pm
* 27 days' annual leave (+ bank holidays)

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Organise and host a range of community events, handling bookings and site preparation
* Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and safety checks across all premises
* Liaise with tenants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
* Manage supplier relationships, quotes, service agreements
* Support with property-related projects from planning through to delivery
* Oversee utilities, security, and key management
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
* Lead on sustainability efforts and support ESG initiatives, including B Corps accreditation
* Monitor budget, approve invoices and contribute to annual planning
Required skills and experience:
* Experience in facilities, premises or events would be an advantage
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confident managing supplier and external partner relationships
* Solid working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
* Holds a full, clean UK driving licence
* Brings a confident, helpful, flexible and professional approach to work
* Able to adapt to change and juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
* Has a genuine interest in community engagement and sustainability
