We're hiring a trainee yard production operative to join a busy grounds-working company in Rugby. This is a physical, hands-on role where you'll learn how to cut and handle metallic bars used to reinforce concrete.

What you'll be doing:

Manual handling of steel and metal bars

Learning how to operate cutting machinery

Working in an outdoor yard environment

Supporting production with various physical tasks

What we're looking for:

Local to Rugby

Confident doing physical work

Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn

Friendly and a good team player

What you'll get:

£12.21 per hour (pay increases as you upskill)

Overtime paid at £18.32

42 paid hours per week (£512 before tax/NI)

On-the-job training

Long-term work with the chance to go permanent
