Warehouse Operative – Robertsbridge

We’re looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team on a temporary basis to support operations during peak periods and staff holidays. As a Loading Bay Operative, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods in a busy logistics environment

Location: Robertsbridge, East Sussex
Contract Type: Temporary / Holiday Cover
Pay: £13.77phr to £14.28phr
Hours: Day and Night shifts
· Day shift varies between 6am and 7am
· night shift finishes between 3am and 4am

Key Responsibilities
· Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles
· Ensure goods are correctly placed and secured
· Maintain a clean and safe working area
· Follow safety protocols

Ideal Candidate
· Previous warehouse or loading bay experience preferred
· Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
· Flexible with shift patterns
· Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
· Must have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
