This is a volume-led opportunity offering:

* 100 property sales per month

* £410k average property values

* £1,000+ average proc fees

* £3,000+ average case values

* Regular high-value (£1.5m+) transactions

Remuneration:

* Up to £35,000 basic (including car allowance)

* Monthly bonuses, pension, DIS

* OTE £80,000+ | high earnings
