Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for an administrator to work for a well-established company in Chesterfield. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills.
Duties to include:
-Manage daily office operations and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently
-Handling customer queries and answering incoming calls
-Creating invoices and documentation
-Support with any HR and Health & Safety requirements
-Processing any policies and procedures
-Taking notes at meetings
-Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both digital and physical
-Managing a shared inbox
To apply for this role you will need:
-Previous administration experience
-Be self-sufficient and able to work independently
-Strong organisational skills
-Excellent IT skills (Experience with google sheets is beneficial)
