TXM Recruit are currently looking for an Electrician to work in and around the Exeter area, working on a domestic social housing contract for an electrical compliance provider.

The work for the Electrician will include EICRs, testing and inspection and associated remedials within mainly occupied local authority or social housing properties.

The salary for this position is £40,000 – based on 40 hours a week.

This is a permanent position, suitable for someone looking for long-term employment, stability, and progression.

Hours: Monday-Friday (40 hours per week)
Pay: £40,000 Per annum

Requirements:

* 18th Edition

* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

* 2391 or 2394/95 test and inspection cert

* Driving License

* Previous electrical experience in domestic environment preferably with social housing experience
