We are delighted to be working with a Northampton based professional service company. They are recruiting for an IT Support Technician to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Provide 1st/2nd line support to staff both remotely and in-office
* Support, maintain and develop IT infrastructure and systems
* Setup and onboard new starters with IT equipment and accounts
* Liaise with 3rd party vendors and service providers
* Monitor security threats to the company network and severs
* Assist in the implementation of new software
* Escalate urgent and complex issues when required
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in similar IT Support or Service Desk role
* Previous experience administrating Active Directory and M365
* Good understanding of networking and cloud infrastructure
* Keenness to learn and develop IT skills further
* Ability to communicate complex technical issues to a range of stakeholders
* Full UK driving licence
