Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to manage the onboarding journey from prospect to client. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent time management, accuracy, and strong communication skills across all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all stages of client onboarding, ensuring compliance with AML, GDPR, and KYC regulations
Prepare and process legal and onboarding documentation
Liaise with solicitors and external stakeholders
Maintain accurate records within CRM and legal files
Provide administrative support to sales and compliance teams
Support events and produce regular reporting as needed Essential Skills & Experience:
Experience with legal or client documentation and customer service
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident using CRM systems and handling sensitive information
