Job Title: Family Law Associate / Partner

About the Role

Join a highly regarded Family Law team within a Legal 500‑ranked, regional full‑service firm. You’ll work closely with an experienced partner on a diverse caseload of family law matters, covering divorce, matrimonial finance, children’s matters, and private family disputes. The role offers genuine client responsibility, strong business development support, and a clear progression routes.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage your own caseload, including complex and high-value matters

* Advise on all family topics: divorce, ancillary relief, child arrangements, prenuptials

* Liaise with clients, courts, and external professionals

* Support business development: networking, seminars, marketing

* Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team growth and training

Ideal Candidate

* Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with solid Family Law experience

* Strong technical knowledge across finance, children, divorce

* Excellent client-service skills and professional presence

* Ambitious, organised, and commercially-minded

* Active participation in professional bodies (e.g. Resolution, Family Law Panel desirable)
