Pear Recruitment is growing, and we’re looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist Estate Agency recruitment team in Hoddesdon.

This is a full 360 role, perfect for a recruiter who enjoys building relationships, winning new business, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle within a fast-moving, people-focused sector.

The Role

* Managing the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement

* Building and developing strong relationships with estate agency clients

* Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates

* Growing and managing your own desk

* Negotiating fees, offers, and terms

* Providing a professional, consultative service to clients and candidates

What We’re Looking For

* Proven recruitment experience (360 preferred)

* Experience within property or estate agency recruitment is highly desirable

* Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware

* Organised, professional, and ambitious
