About the Role:
A dynamic secondary school in Southampton is seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join their team full-time from November 2025. This role is ideal for someone with strong classroom presence and a passion for supporting students' learning across a variety of subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
Support students in their learning and maintain a positive learning environment.
Liaise with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning.
Provide feedback on student progress and classroom activity.Requirements:

Experience working with young people in an educational setting is desirable.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage behaviour confidently and calmly.
A flexible and proactive approach to classroom support.
