Key Responsibilities of Teaching Assistant: 

Provide general classroom support and one-on-one assistance to students as needed. 
Assist teachers in creating engaging and interactive lesson plans. 
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. 
Monitor and report on student progress and participation. 
Requirements for the role of Teaching Assistant: 

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable. 
Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 
A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learning. 
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
