Job Description:

* Sending new payment packs

* Negotiating hire charges and repair costs with Third Party Insurers /solicitors.

* Taking TPI calls in relation to ongoing hire and payment packs

* Settling recovery/storage, credit repairs and uninsured losses

* Reviewing liability (chasing witnesses/ARF/CCTV etc)

* Actioning emails/post into the team mailboxes

* Chasing VAT payments from clients

* Dealing with fines and damage to the hire vehicles.

* Working towards team monthly targets

* Assisting KLS where needed

Person Specification:

* Credit Hire knowledge

* GTA ABI knowledge

* Proclaim experience

* MS Office experience, Excel and Word in particular

* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

* Ability to work under pressure

* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

* Strong work ethic and professionalism

* Ability to meet and exceed targets
