This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience as a teaching assistant or someone with experience working with children with complex needs. This is also an excellent opportunity for aspiring educational psychologists.

Teaching assistant main responsibilities

Manage student behaviour on a 1:1 basis
Work with teachers and SENCO to develop and implement individual learning plans
Be a positive role model for students and develop a productive working relationship
Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and health and safety of students.

Ideal Candidate

Previous experience working in a school setting
Ability to manage difficult behaviour and maintain a positive relationship with students
A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students
