Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

We're seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant with social media know-how to support our CEO and elevate our brand's digital voice. If you're creative, efficient, and excited by the world of luxury wellness, this could be your ideal next step.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, meetings, and day-to-day communication

Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials
*
Handle sensitive information with professionalism
*
Coordinate internal and client projects with follow-ups
*
Liaise with clients, partners, and suppliers
*
Track tasks and ensure smooth operational flow
*
Build and execute a social media content plan
*
Capture behind-the-scenes photos and video content
*
Create eye-catching content for professional platforms
*
Stay on top of trends and community engagement
*
Use digital tools and AI software to boost content quality
*
Monitor analytics and tweak strategies for better results
Who You Are:

Confident content creator with an eye for visuals

*
Comfortable using creative and planning tools

Passionate about wellness, aesthetics, and digital storytelling
Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in a similar EA or content-focused role
*
Excellent written and verbal communication
*
Experience running social media pages (business or personal)
*
Proficiency with basic design/editing tools
*
Interest in wellness or luxury lifestyle is a bonus
*
UK driving licence and access to a car
*
Valid passport
