Coba Education is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Qualified Teachers, Cover Supervisors, and Teaching Assistants to join our supply team across schools in the Luton and Bedford area.

Whether you’re looking for flexible daily work, short-term placements, or long-term roles, we have a range of opportunities to suit your availability and experience.

What we’re looking for:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), ECTs welcome
A minimum of 3 months UK classroom experience (for Cover Supervisors and TAs)
A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A driving licence is desirable due to the location of some schools
