** Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

A wonderful Special Needs School in Chelmsford is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teacher to join their team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people with PMLD and other complex needs.

About the Role:

Supporting students on a one-to-one basis
Working with pupils with PMLD and challenging behaviours
Creating a safe, supportive and stimulating learning environment
Using creative and adaptive strategies to engage studentsWhat We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher with SEND experience/ ECT with a passion for SEND
Strong behaviour management skills and a compassionate approach
Patience, positivity, and a desire to see all students succeed
