Salary: £65,000 salary + company pension + private medical + 25 days holiday (rising with service) + excellent training & development + much more!
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) across Monday - Friday

What you'll be doing:

* Provide visible, hands-on clinical leadership and expert guidance to nursing teams.

* Ensure high standards of patient care through evidence-based practice.

* Oversee the operational management of the ward, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

* Lead on recruitment, performance management, appraisals, and staff development

What we’re looking for:

* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.

* Strong leadership experience within a hospital ward environment.

* Confident managing and developing nursing teams.

* Experience from either the NHS or independent sector is welcomed
