We’re excited to be supporting our client, a well-known global company, in hiring an Administration Assistant to join their busy team in Egham. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable office experience and build their career in administration or project support.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll provide essential day-to-day admin support, working closely with the Project Management and Sales teams. Your role will include:
* Assisting with general administrative tasks and keeping things organised
* Arranging travel bookings for the field-based team
* Supporting timesheet tracking and simple data entry tasks
* Preparing documents and supporting smooth handovers between teams
What We’re Looking For:
* A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
* Good attention to detail - you enjoy accuracy and keeping things tidy
* Clear communication skills, both written and spoken (English)
* Confident IT skills, especially MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
No prior office experience? That’s fine! Our client is open to enthusiastic candidates who are keen to learn and take their first step into an admin role.
