Salary: £18.00 - £20.00 per hour

We have an opportunity for an experienced Handyperson to work within the voids team for a local council in the Kensington & Chelsea borough.

Responsibilities:

Conducting general maintenance and repair works in council-owned void properties

Undertaking barrel lock changes, door adjustments, and associated repair works.
Completing basic plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs as required.
Identifying additional repair works and accurately reporting findings to supervisors
Using a PDA system to receive job instructions, record materials used, and confirm completion of works.Requirements:
