Job Description:

Leader Education are currently recruiting for Team Teach trained Teaching Assistants in partnership with an educational setting in Middlesbrough.

The role would be to support a Key Stage 4 student with social, emotional, and mental health needs and are no longer in mainstream provisions.

You will have previous experience of working with students and young people with SEMH - social, emotional, and mental health needs (previously known as BESD, SEBD & EBD) and have recent Team Teach training and accompanying qualifications.

Job:

· You will be required to provide either one to one or small group support to learners with SEMH needs.

· To comply with individual learning plans

You:

· You must be an experienced classroom support assistant that has experience of working with SEMH needs.

· You are patient, resilient and thick skinned.

· Have up to date Team Teach training

· You have excellent communication skills

· You have a therapeutic and holistic approach

·£105 - £115 per day

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

SEN: 1 year (preferred)
Special Needs Teaching Assistants: 1 year (preferred)
