Flexible Teaching Assistants

Tradewind are looking to recruit dedicated individuals for the position of Flexible Teaching Assistants to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in local schools across Wigan and Leigh.

Roles include full-time, part-time, and day-to-day positions, offering flexibility to suit your schedule.

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll:

Provide tailored support to children with SEN, aiding their social and academic development through 1:1 and small group sessions.
Collaborate with teachers, fellow assistants, and professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Assist with behaviour management both in the classroom and throughout the school environment.Requirements:

Previous experience in an educational setting.
Preferably, experience working with individuals with SEN.
A comprehensive educational and employment background.
Availability for a minimum of two days per week.
Demonstrated flexibility.Please be aware that all applicants must undergo an Enhanced DBS Check.
