We are currently seeking qualified and passionate Teacher's to join a wonderful SEND school in Southgate. We are looking to hear from teachers from both Primary or Secondary background and we also have opportunities for teachers who have a passion for a particular subject (including Science, PE, English or Music).

Location: Southgate
Hours: Full time
Schedule: Monday to Friday
The role:
As SEN Teacher you will:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons as a SEND Class Teacher to pupils with SEND, ensuring an inclusive and personalised approach to learning.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and structured environment that supports emotional and academic growth.
- Collaborate with families, therapists, and support staff to develop individual learning plans and EHCP targets.
- Champion inclusive education, adapting strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- You'll never be the only adult in the room, with a stable, skilled team of therapists, support staff, and leaders who genuinely listen, you'll be part of a system that shares responsibility.
Requirments:
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required
· Experience teaching in a primary or secondary school setting
· Understanding or experience working with children with complex needs including autism, learning disabilities, and SEMH needs
· Ability to engage and inspire students with diverse learning needs
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies
· Resilience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable students
