Shifts: 3 Shift Rotation (Mornings / Afternoons / Nights)

Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to step into a challenging and rewarding role within a heavy manufacturing environment? We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our team in Barrow Upon Soar where you'll play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain plant and facilities to a high standard
Minimise downtime while upholding workplace safety and cleanliness
Support the delivery of engineering solutions and cost-effective repairs
Comply with all SHE (Safety, Health, and Environmental) regulations
Promote continuous improvement initiatives across the site
Collaborate effectively with internal departments and stakeholders

Ideal candidate:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
Ideally apprentice trained
Strong team player
Heavy manufacturing experience ideally
Willingness to drive continuous improvements
Excellent fault-finding abilities
Experience working with Siemens and/or Allen Bradley systems
