Are you an experienced Mechanical Site Manager with a strong background in commercial and retail projects? Our client, a reputable and relaxed M&E contractor, is looking for a proactive manager to join their growing team. This role involves staying away from home 3–4 days per week and offers excellent opportunities for career progression.

The Role

As Mechanical Site Manager, you will:

Lead and manage mechanical installation teams on site

*

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to high quality standards

*

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project teams

*

Monitor project budgets, programmes, and resources

*

Maintain strict health & safety compliance

*

Support career progression and professional development within the business

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager in commercial and retail projects

*

Strong leadership and site management skills

*

Ability to stay away from home 3–4 days per week

*

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

*

Relevant M&E qualifications preferred
