Mechanical or Electrical Design Engineer to join our clients  Oxford-based team.

What You’ll Do:
Design mechanical or electrical systems for a range of building projects
Make sure designs meet safety and legal standards
Work with contractors and clients to ensure quality installation
Help lead and support junior team members
Assist with project planning, budgets, and timelines
Be involved in meetings and help manage project delivery
Support the business with tender and fee proposals What We’re Looking For:
Experience in building services design (mechanical or electrical)
Strong communication and team skills
Understanding of regulations and health & safety
Ability to manage projects and coordinate with others
