We’re currently recruiting reliable, experienced Traffic Marshalls to join leading construction and civil engineering contractors across Bath and surrounding areas. Work is available on a range of active sites, offering consistent hours and ongoing opportunities.

Role Overview:
Traffic Marshall duties may include:

*

Managing vehicle and pedestrian movements on site

*

Ensuring site access and egress are controlled safely

*

Communicating clearly with plant operators and site teams

*

Maintaining safe working areas in line with site procedures

*

Supporting overall site safety and logistics

What We’re Looking For:

*

Proven experience as a Traffic Marshall

*

Valid Traffic Marshall / Banksman ticket

*

NPORS or CPCS ticket preferred

*

Strong awareness of health and safety regulations

*

Reliable work ethic and clear communication skills

*

Valid CSCS card

*

Own PPE
