Location: Bexley, Kent

Pay: From £14.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Part- Time
Start Date: October 2025

Are you an experienced and organised School Administrator looking for your next opportunity?
We are currently working with several primary and secondary schools in Bexley that are seeking reliable, proactive, and professional administrators to join their busy front-office teams.

Whether you're looking for short-term cover or a long-term placement with the potential to go permanent, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing incoming calls, emails, and front desk enquiries

Supporting attendance, admissions, and pupil records using school MIS (SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom)

Assisting with correspondence, letters, and communication with parents

Supporting the wider office team with general admin duties

Ensuring safeguarding and visitor procedures are followed at all times

Requirements:

Previous administrative experience (school experience highly desirable)

Confidence using Microsoft Office and school MIS systems (SIMS/Arbor preferred)

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one through us)
