The Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Multi-Trader with a joinery/carpentry bias to join a mobile maintenance and project team working across London. This temp-to-perm position is ideal for a proactive individual who is confident carrying out minor works, repairs, and general maintenance on a range of commercial sites.

This role also includes basic plumbing and electrical duties, making it perfect for a versatile tradesperson with a multi-skilled background.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of carpentry/joinery tasks, including door hanging, lock fitting, and general woodwork

*

Carry out basic plumbing (e.g., tap replacements, unblocking drains, fixing leaks)

*

Conduct basic electrical work such as socket/switch replacements, light fittings, and minor repairs

*

Undertake minor building repairs and small project works as needed

*

Travel between sites as part of a mobile team

*

Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and in line with H&S protocols

*

Complete job sheets and reports accurately and promptly

Requirements:

*

Experience in a Multi-Trader or maintenance role

*

Carpentry/joinery skills

*

Confident with basic plumbing and electrics

*

Ability to diagnose issues and work independently

*

Full UK driving licence – essential (van and fuel card provided)

*

Excellent communication and time management skills
